The Cockatoo flies like an angel with golden wings.
Their majestic screams wake us up from our dreams.
They fly from tree to tree singing stories.
As the night goes, their song fade into the moon's gleam.

Author Bio: Sabrina is a member of YATZ (youth at the zoo), this story was inspired by the Guide to Nature Storytelling. Ever since I came to Australia, I always see Cockatoos flying around and I find them fascinating.
